Individual Sessions.
Individualized one-on-one services for athletes and performers. Whether you’re trying to overcome a specific challenge or looking for ways to enhance your overall performance and well-being, we meet you where you are with an individualized, science-backed approach.
Our Approach
1. Individualized
We know sport psychology is not one size fits all. When you work with us, we take the time to understand you, your experiences, and the environment around you so we can develop an individualized approach to your needs.
2. More than just skills
Sport psychology is more than just skills and strategies. Skills help us open up the door to address the root of problems and create long-term change. We help you develop a new approach to interacting with your thoughts, emotions, performances, and team that is sustainable and applicable to your life in and out of sport.
3. Person first, athlete second
We care about your experience, your values, and what is meaningful to you - not just how well you’re performing. Our goal is not simply to help you perform well, it’s also to enjoy performing and the process of growing.

How Does It Work?
Getting Started
Reach out to schedule a free, 20-minute initial consultation. During this consult, we’ll answer any questions you might have, as well as make sure we’re a good fit for your needs. We also make sure you have a clear idea of what working together will look like and give you the chance to ask us any questions about ourselves and our work.
Your First Session
You’ll get access to a client portal to complete paperwork, initial assessments giving us extra data on your current mental performance, and manage payment. The first session you have will be an intake. During your intake, we spend time getting to know you and what exactly it is you’re hoping to get out of our work together (and if you aren’t sure what that is, we’ll figure it out together). We’ll talk about your strengths, challenges, and needs to make sure we have all the information necessary to formulate a plan for your future sessions.
After Your First Session
Individual sessions typically occur weekly or bi-weekly and are 50 or 30 minutes long. Although this is the model that we operate in the most, we are flexible and allow customizability for you to select the format that works best for you. During individual sessions we will explore your performance experiences, identify what is working and what isn’t, and practice new ways of approaching thoughts, emotions, and challenges. We’ll also be checking in with you frequently to get your feedback about how you feel sessions are going as well assess progress as we go.
